🔥 Burnout doesn’t tap you on the shoulder—it hits like a freight train.

There was a man who gave everything to his work.

Every day was a whirlwind of:
• Managing high turnover
• Solving endless employee issues
• Juggling responsibilities that never seemed to stop piling up
• And still… never hearing, “Good job” or “Thanks for all you do.”

He wasn’t lazy. He wasn’t distracted.
He was focused—but only on what was going wrong.
Every day felt like failure, no matter how much he got done.

Then burnout struck. Hard.
He was exhausted, resentful, and on the edge of walking away from it all.

💡 But everything changed when he shifted one thing: his mindset.

He stopped chasing validation and started chasing impact.
