It’s almost time! Our Ormond Beach clinic is relocating to a new facility, designed to better serve you and your healthcare needs.

We will be closed for a few days during our move (Jan 29-31) to ensure the first day at our new location is set up to best serve your needs. Our last day in our current office will be Tuesday, January 28, and we’ll be ready to welcome you to our new office on Monday, February 3.

As a reminder, our new clinic is located at: 1890 LPGA Blvd., Suite 255, Daytona Beach, FL 32117.
