As future health professionals, counselors, nurses, and community leaders, you play a vital role in promoting safety, respect, and wellness. This event is not just an opportunity to learn, but a chance to lead change on our campus and beyond.
π± Background
Since March 2025, B-CU has been collaborating with the National Domestic Violence Hotline to pilot the Love is Respect campaign at HBCUs. In June 2026, our MOU was activated, and four B-CU student ambassadors were trained over the summer. This fall, they are serving as paid interns and earning 6 internship credits while leading this initiative.
