To Our Valued HOGA Family,
We are excited to share an important update with you. Beginning November 2025, Halifax OB/GYN Associates will join the AdventHealth network, continuing our 37-year tradition of exceptional women’s healthcare in Volusia and Flagler Counties.
Our new name will be:
AdventHealth Medical Group OB GYN at LPGA Daytona Beach
Please rest assured—our location will remain the same at 1890 LPGA Blvd, Suite 160, and our phone (386-252-4701) and fax (386-253-9410) numbers will not change. You will continue to receive care from the same trusted team of physicians, advanced providers, and support staff you’ve come to know and rely on.
What’s Changing:
◽Appointments will now be scheduled through the AdventHealth system.
◽You’ll notice new branding on our letters and communications.
◽We will transition to EPIC, the electronic health record system used across AdventHealth. This system ensures secure communication with labs, hospitals, and other specialists, and helps us provide more coordinated care.
What to Expect During the Transition:
As our team adapts to the new system and transfers patient records, there may be temporary delays in scheduling routine or non-urgent gynecologic appointments. However, obstetrical and urgent gynecologic concerns will continue to be prioritized and addressed promptly.
Please note that we will be unable to accept new patients or referrals during this transition. We anticipate returning to full capacity and normal scheduling by early 2026.
