Got to hang with the amazing Occupational Therapy Assistant students at Keiser University this week to talk Chinese medicine and do a live demo. Big thanks to their instructor, Kristen Humphry, for the invite and for cultivating such an engaged, thoughtful group 🙌.

The best thing about teaching like this: it’s not about being “the expert in the room.” It’s about sharing tools, asking questions, and remembering that when practitioners of different healing approaches actually talk to each other, patients win. Every time.

Integrative medicine isn’t just a buzzword—it’s the future of compassionate, whole-person care. So grateful to be part of the conversation.
