Dance Fitness with Pam Combining the hottest music with even hotter moves! Beginners build confidence with easy to follow dance moves set to your favorite songs. Mostly Top 40!

I currently teach one class for drop-in and teach 2 classes at the YMCA Springfield - Must be a member!

- Sunday 1pm (YMCA Springfield)

- Monday 10:30am (YMCA Springfield)

- Friday 9 am (Ridley YMCA)

- Thursday 6pm Drop in $20 or register for class (https://thepac.center/programs/health- wellness)

I’ve been diagnosed with chronic dry eye which makes me susceptible to cornea abrasions (cornea tears). Leaving my eyes feeling like glass under my lid, constant watering and seeping resulting in poor vision. Thank you Joanna for subbing class today so I could go to the doctor. You’re the best. I’ll be back to regular schedule!
