This time of year, schedules start to shift. School events, activities, later nights, more going on.
Most people think of that as a time management issue, but the body experiences it as a change in input.
Different sleep timing
Different meal timing
Different daily rhythm
When those change, the body has to adapt.
For some people, that’s seamless.
For others, it shows up as changes in sleep, mood, or energy.
Not because something is wrong
but because something changed.
