“All disease begins in the gut,” Hippocrates, the father of medicine once said.

Some people even refer to the gut as the “second brain,” because of its high importance and influence on the rest of your bodily functions such as digestion, immune, cognition, etc.

Apple cider vinegar (ACV) can be a helpful addition to ones diet when addressing gut health. ACV acts as a prebiotic which helps the gut produce it's own healthy gut bacteria.

Taking ACV before meals can also aid in digestion and breakdown of nutrients from food to be absorbed and utilized by the body.

Looking for an organic, raw and with the "Mother" is ideal. Taking 1-3 tablespoons with equal parts water, or adding some raw honey can be helpful when consuming ACV.

ACV can also be found at the pharmacy in capsules for folks who would like to try or already appreciate the benefits.

In addition to Apple Cider Vinegar...
🔹Eating fermented foods like yogurt, kefir, sauerkraut, and kimchi.
