Mississippi homemakers club came today for residents monthly birthday party. They always bring a birthday cake ,chips and drinks and presents for the birthdays of the month. Today they brought with them bags that they had made for wheelchairs and walkers.The residents are always happy to see them come each month.  Today was Nail day for our ladies at MCCD . Summer with Gentiva came by today and brought nail polish ,remover and emery boards. She ,Kathy and Patricia did manicures and painted nails. Thank you for putting smiles on their face and fellowship with each other.   thank you again Summer for your time spent at MCCD.

 We are happy to announce employee of the month for October and the winner is Jamie Smith. The residents stated, Jamie goes beyond her duties in her position to make sure residents are happy, and taken care of. Thank you Jamie for all you do for the residents, well deserved.

Residents enjoyed an outingto Kemper Elementary for trunk or treat. They received Halloween bags to put their candy received from the trunk a treaters, thank you, Dr Jerri Cauthorn for the invitation. They really enjoyed being out in the nice fresh air and seeing familiar faces, getting hugs and their picture made with those they knew. Thank you again.
