Last week when this guy put on the glasses for his laser, his mom was reminded of another pic… 🥰. In the first pic he was there to keep mom company— in the second he’s benefiting from the laser himself! Either way — he’s one 😎 cool dude!

New goodies from LMNT!!!! New flavor— lemonade+iced tea…. AND a little caffeine. This is another new flavor for summer. This is the first product with caffeine. And since they sent us a goodie box with this really nice carafe and some cups, we are going to mix up a batch and serve samples at the front desk at Inspirit Wellness this week! Come on in and try the new flavor and maybe it will encourage a little bit of summer!

Bollywood Dance Classes are here at the Inspirit Therapy & Wellness Center🎉 Get ready to move, sweat, and have lots of FUN!! Bring your favorite dance partner or come solo, ready to meet new people. No experience needed - all levels welcome.

Pink Lemonade gummies are a family favorite. Ideal for pool days, play dates, and camp coolers. You'll need:

🍋 1 stick pack LMNT Pink Lemonade
🍋 1 pint fresh raspberries
🍋 4 tbsp beef gelatin (or other unflavored gelatin)
🍋 2 cups water

Add Pink Lemonade (limited-time flavor — available to INSIDERS only), raspberries, and 2 cups water to a blender and blend smooth. Transfer to a saucepan and bring to a gentle simmer. Whisk in gelatin until dissolved. Pour into molds and refrigerate until set. Remove and store chilled.
