Growing up as a dancer, I always knew I loved to move my body. I loved to entertain people. What I did not love, though, is how body image was so important in order to be a good dancer. After years of suffering with an eating disorder, I realized I HAD to get better. At the age of 15, I started practicing yoga.
My biggest therapist through all the years is yoga. It will always be yoga. I now know that I went through I went through to help others. To teach others the benefits of yoga - mentally, physically, spiritually. I will never be perfect because yoga is not perfect. Yoga is a practice. Life is practice. We can always grow, get better, work harder, play more and always breathe more intentionally.
I teach all levels of Vinyasa Yoga, breath work, stress management, flexibility, core work, strength building and much more. I canโt wait to have you in a class to breathe and move together.
