Everyone ages 5 years and up can get a free COVID-19 vaccine and anyone ages 12 years and up can get a free booster, regardless of insurance or immigration status.

The federal government provides COVID-19 vaccinations at no cost. Proof of citizenship is not required for vaccination. Get vaccinated as soon as you can.

After you receive a COVID-19 booster shot, you may have side effects like you felt with your COVID-19 primary series vaccination. Fever, headache, fatigue, and pain at the injection site are the most common side effects.
