๐๐ผ Weโre back with another Sunday Stretch for our desk sitters. Sitting all day can lead to tight upper traps, stiff neck, and that constant "desk posture" tension! This is your quick reset to release it- simple, effective, and quick! ๐๐ผ
โญ๏ธ Begin Sitting in an upright position
โญ๏ธ Keep the opposite hand down at your side (or tuck it under your thigh for a deeper stretch)
โญ๏ธ Slowly tilt your head sideways, bringing your ear toward your shoulder
โญ๏ธ Feel the stretch along the opposite side of your neck.
โฑ๏ธ Hold 20โ30 sec each side
๐ช๐ผPro tip- Keep your back straight & let your shoulders stay heavy, don't let them creep up!
