At Cram Chiropractic, we are passionate about educating our patients on the incredible connection between the brain, spinal cord, and every part of your body. One of the most powerful tools we use is the Spinal Nerve Function Chart. This chart vividly illustrates how every cell, organ, and tissue in your body is controlled and coordinated by your brain and nervous system.

Your brain sends vital messages through the spinal cord and spinal nerves to every part of your body. This intricate communication network ensures that your heart beats, your lungs breathe, your stomach digests, and every other function operates smoothly. When your spine is in proper alignment, nerve flow is optimized, allowing your body to function at its best.

However, if there are misalignments or subluxations in the spine, these nerve signals can be disrupted. This can lead to a range of issues, from pain and discomfort to dysfunction in vital organs.

By focusing on spinal alignment and nerve function, chiropractic care helps restore and maintain this essential communication. Regular adjustments can remove interference, allowing your body’s innate intelligence to heal and function optimally.

Curious about how your spinal health impacts your overall well-being? Visit us and explore the Spinal Nerve Function Chart in detail. Let’s work together to ensure your nervous system is performing at its peak!

Your nervous system controls everything. When your spine is misaligned, your body can’t function at 100%.

That’s when symptoms show up—pain, stiffness, fatigue, headaches.

Regular chiropractic care keeps you in front of the problem, not behind it.

Choose wellness now so you don’t have to fight illness later.

Back to Basics for the New Year
Keeping it simple is often the most powerful approach. Drink your water, move your body, fuel yourself with real food, and get quality sleep… but most importantly, keep your spine clear.

When your nervous system is firing at 100%, everything else you do WORKS better.

Start 2026 with the essentials —
Hydrate. Eat well. Train. Sleep.
And get adjusted.
Your body (and your future self) will thank you.

An old one but a good one

The real reason that the Grinch hated Christmas, the whole Christmas season, had little to do with his heart being two sizes too small or his socks being too tight. It WAS his head that wasn’t screwed on just right. A subluxation is what Dr Cram found, and after his adjustment, the Grinch was much more pleasant to be around.

Merry Christmas!
