Starting September 3, Chase and friends will be back in the HSC Oasis space on select Wednesdays from 1 to 2 p.m. Students can de-stress and chill with these professional pups who live to be loved. While you are there, talk with the Wellness Crew to learn more about the wellness resources available on campus and other great wellness information.

To our fellow procrastinators and well prepared student alike, are you ready to get your work done? Are you ready to break bad study habits and build new ones? The Procrastination Café is finally returning to its weekly programming Tuesday, September 9th, in the HSC Ellingtons, 5-7 pm.

In the meantime keep breaking down those big tasks into smaller ones, practicing Pomodoro technique, and rewarding your self for making progress towards your goals!

We will see you at the Procrastination Café ☕
