🦶Ingrown toenails can sneak up on you and become surprisingly uncomfortable. They happen when the nail starts growing into the skin, often from trimming too short or wearing shoes that crowd your toes.

👣We provide gentle, effective care to relieve discomfort and help prevent it from happening again. With the right attention, you can get back to walking comfortably and confidently — no pain required.

Fun Fact Friday!
Here’s a surprising fact: your feet can change size throughout the day!
Normal activity and gravity can cause your feet to swell up to 5% by evening, which can make shoes feel tighter than in the morning.

💡 Tip: Try shopping for shoes later in the day, when your feet are at their largest, to make sure they fit comfortably. Your feet work hard — give them the space they need!

Fun Fact Friday!
Your feet are incredibly strong - more than you might think! 👣
Each step you take puts about 1.5 times your body weight on your feet, and when you run or jump, that pressure can climb to 3–4 times your weight! 😲
Every day, your feet absorb thousands of pounds of force, supporting your balance, posture, and movement from the ground up.
💡 Tip: Show them a little gratitude! Supportive footwear, gentle stretching, and regular check-ups help keep your foundation strong.
