I will be taking maternity leave starting June 1st and will not be attending births during this time. However, I’m still here to support you in other ways! I will continue offering:

I've been a doula for a while now, but as of last night I am officially certified with Madriella.

In most places you don't have to have a certification, but with policies and legislation changing that might not be the case in our future.

Nothing has changed except I that I expanded my knowledge! We are always learning. I am grateful for the dedication that Madriella pours into making doula work accessible and affordable.

How can I support a mom when I can't give a gift? Change your mindset, hold the mom and family first before the baby. Laundry, dishes, a meal, take the kids to the park.

👎"Oh girl you are going to want that epidural, there's no way you can do it without it! I needed it!"
👍"When I gave birth I needed the epidural. It's there if you need it, but it's your choice to use it. "

As of this Fall I have began Midwifery school at Midwives College of Utah!

If you had a birth with me please be on the lookout for a witness form from me for my CLNC 1010 class. I will only need a signature and phone number. It is unlikely that you will be contacted by the school or NARM.

Carseat safety! Having the straps too low or too high can cause injury that can be prevented. The straps are not set and forget, they should be adjusted with growing child.
