Yoga trains how you breathe under load.
How your joints organize instead of collapse.
Where your attention goes when things get challenging.

Strength and control aren’t about forcing shape.
They’re about staying integrated while you move.

Grounding is the through line.
If you feel connected to the floor and your breath, the rest organizes itself.

That’s what practice is really building.

So, my hubby and I were in a bad car accident in mid-January! Ugh. Broken bones, punctured lung, broken collarbone - just some of the injuries. I have been so frustrated trying to take it easy! But I am getting there and happy to be back in the gym - training, teaching some, and some light weights! Thank you to my gyms SWT and Chesapeake Health and Fitness Club for being so supportive and patient! I am so happy to be a part of their communities of such amazing people! Thank you and hugs!!
