Jana is a seasoned fitness professional with over three decades of coaching and training experience. Her journey began during her time on active duty with the Navy, where discipline and resilience laid the foundation for her lifelong passion for fitness. While posted overseas with the State Department, she earned her 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga certification, sparking a deep commitment to holistic wellness.

Upon returning to the U.S., Jana expanded her expertise with certifications in spin, bootcamp, TRX, BodyShred, and Personal Training. She has continued to deepen her yoga practice, earning specialized certifications in trauma-focused yoga, chair yoga, and TRX yoga too.

Jana’s approach emphasizes safety, strength, and adaptability, ensuring that every workout is empowering and accessible to all ages and fitness levels.

Beyond the studio, Jana is a PaddleFit Pro certified paddleboard coach and is currently pursuing her nutritional coaching certification, further broadening her ability to guide clients toward balanced, healthy lifestyles.

Her philosophy is clear: movement—whether walking, dancing, or paddling—is the key to a better future, especially as we age!
