Persistent lower back pain doesn’t have to control your life.
If you’re struggling with radiating leg pain, weakness, or discomfort that worsens with movement, a Percutaneous Microdiscectomy with Annuloplasty may be the solution.

This minimally invasive procedure:
- Relieves pressure on pinched spinal nerves
- Repairs small disc tears that cause ongoing pain
- Reduces inflammation and irritation
- Promotes faster recovery with less tissue damage

Most patients return home the same day and notice relief within weeks—regaining comfort, mobility, and quality of life.

Severe back pain, loss of height, or a hunched posture?
These may be signs of a vertebral compression fracture (VCF), often caused by osteoporosis when weakened bones collapse.

When rest, medication, or therapy aren’t enough, kyphoplasty may provide relief. This minimally invasive procedure stabilizes the fractured vertebra, restores height, and relieves pain often with same-day recovery.

📞 Call (855) END-MY-PAIN or visit michiganpainmanagement.com to learn if kyphoplasty is right for you.

Struggling with tendon pain that won’t go away?
Chronic tendinopathy can affect the knees, feet, elbows, shoulders, hips, and often lasting beyond 12 weeks and limiting daily activities.

At Specialty Pain Management, we offer percutaneous tenotomy; a minimally invasive, outpatient procedure that stimulates natural healing without the risks of open surgery. Most patients return to light activity within days and experience lasting relief in just a few weeks.

What a day in Dearborn! 🍂🎃
We had such a wonderful time at this year’s Fall Family Day + Trick-or-Treating. Our clinic was filled with laughter, costumes, and plenty of candy but the best part was connecting with so many families in our community.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who stopped by our clinic, joined the fun, and shared the day with us. We’re also grateful to our amazing team who decorated, handed out candy, and represented us with so much energy.

Events like this remind us why we love being part of this community. Until next year, thank you for making it so special!

When chronic pain doesn’t improve with therapy, rest, or medication, Peripheral Nerve Stimulation (PNS) may be the answer.

PNS is a minimally invasive, drug-free treatment that regulates how nerves send pain signals, helping reduce pain without affecting normal movement or sensation. It’s commonly used for chronic knee, shoulder, back, neck, and post-surgical pain.

Find out if PNS is right for you. Call (855) END-MY-PAIN or visit michiganpainmanagement.com.

You may have heard of interventional pain management, but what does it really mean?

It’s a medical approach that uses minimally invasive procedures to manage chronic pain. Examples include:

Nerve blocks
Targeted injections
Spinal cord stimulation

The goal? To reduce pain, restore mobility, and often help patients avoid major surgery.

If you’re living with chronic pain, interventional options may be right for you.
