This Thanksgiving I am most thankful for my core 4. In today’s crazy world, constant negativity, worldwide fighting and violence and constant state of stress we all are living in, my core four help keep me grounded and present. I’m so grateful to wake up and come home to my wife and kids daily, something that I’m learning to never take for granted.
