One new thing I am sharing with everyone on the table since the new year began are simple, practical breathwork guides designed to alleviate stress, reduce anxiety, and more deeply calm the system which allows for your own body to heal.
Being a therapeutic yoga teacher for, oh, about 20 years now, I've seen how very important cultivated breathing practices are! Anything to help the body relax, calm and heal! And, the science seems to also support the 2000 + years of teaching and practice. 😉
