Last week, our clinic SAADMD treated a patient who suffered a serious circular saw laceration on their forearm. With urgency and precision, our team delivered thorough wound cleaning, expert suturing, and attentive monitoring—all completed swiftly and compassionately.

It’s moments like these that remind us how important timely, thoughtful medical care can make a difference in recovery and comfort.

❗ Safety reminder for all: Circular saws are powerful tools—and even even moment’s inattention can lead to significant injury. Nationwide, circular saw incidents account for over 10,000 emergency room cases each year . In Michigan alone, OSHA reports instances like a 2021 finger amputation due to a hand placed too close to a running blade .

Safety Tips When Using Machinery:

Always keep hands well away from spinning blades—even for a moment.
Use proper safety guards and wear protective gear.

Double-check that the tool is fully powered off before making adjustments or removing scraps.
