This year seems to be very, very difficult for so many during the Holidays. I have encountered so much sadness, depression, and the idea of unworthiness due to "lack". So many speak of how bleak their future looks, due to "lack".
Lack of money to purchase gifts, lack of money to purchase food, lack of ability to pay bills, lack of love, lack of a soul mate, lack of a purpose, lack of health, lack of desire , lack of motivation.
Lack of a Loved One who has left for the Other Side. I've encountered so many who are going into debt for ONE DAY!
Christmas is not about giving gifts that cost money. Christmas is about giving your heart in small ways to others. It can be as simple as a card, a home made gift, but most of all ....TIME.
Spend an hour with a friend, or loved one, or child. If you cant do it in person, do it via Skype or video chat.
Toys get broken, memories last a lifetime.
You are worthy.
You are whole.
If you see what a treasure you are, and remember that you come from the same star seed as all the Great Masters, such as Jesus of Nazareth, you will be fine.
Please look in the mirror , just for today, and be kind and gentle to the person looking back. S/he deserves it.
