WE WANT YOUR VISIT WITH US TO BE AS SMOOTH AS POSSIBLE: Our clinic in Holtville has 2 Providers….. Marlene LaValley and Jamie Mathis….. both are taking new patients! Please remember that we are making a conscious effort to follow the guidelines issued to us by those that that govern healthcare! That being said, it is a requirement to show your ID and insurance cards at each visit. Having these on hand ahead of time will make your visit quicker!
