This is for the one who can’t sleep at night.

The one whose mind races with “what ifs”…
What if I don’t have enough?
What if my health gets worse?
What if my family doesn’t turn around?

I’ve had nights like that too.
Laying in the dark, staring at the ceiling, wondering how it’s all going to work out.

Here’s what I hold onto now:
God is still awake when I am exhausted.
He sees what I can’t see.
He carries what I can’t carry.

If your mind is loud tonight, try this simple prayer:

“Jesus, I give You what I can’t control.
Trade my fear for Your peace.
Help me rest in Your care.”

You don’t have to earn that peace.
You just have to receive it.

A few years ago, Bev and I looked at each other and realized:
“If we keep going like this, our future won’t look the way we hope.”

Our health, our energy, and even our peace were being slowly drained.

So with God’s help, we changed our health and lifestyle.
Not overnight. Not perfectly. But step by step.

Here’s what I’ve learned:

You’re never too old to change your future.

God cares about your body and your soul.

The choices you make today can impact generations after you.

Now our heart is to help others do the same—
to build teams of legacy for the Kingdom, not just quick fixes.
