Marsha has completed the Cardiac Rehabilitation program at HSHS St. Mary's Hospital! After months of hard work, dedication and determination, Marsha is now ready to take the next step toward maintaining a heart healthy lifestyle in our maintenance program. ❤️

We had a great time celebrating the end of the year with the Decatur Public Schools #61 InspirED Futures Student Internship program 🎉

From left to right: John Haynes, Brielle Betts, Cherish Lewis and Kendyl Donnel spent their final semester with us, joining our team from 1–3 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday. Their time, energy and commitment made a meaningful impact, and we’re grateful to have been part of their journey.
