Eagle Ridge of Decatur Eagle Ridge of Decatur is an affordable assisted lifestyle community for adults 65 and older of all incomes.

Eagle Ridge of Decatur provides a wonderful alternative to a nursing home or to struggling alone at home for older adults who need some help to maintain their independence. The community is fully certified to operate through the Illinois Supportive Living program, which enables us to serve adults 65 and older of all financial means, including those on Medicaid. Our focus is on providing residents with the love, compassion and dignity they deserve in addition to the personal assistance and help with medications that they need. Eagle Ridge of Decatur is managed by Gardant Management Solutions, a mission-driven company that is the largest provider of affordable assisted living in Illinois.

Last night was our Smokin’ Summer Sendoff and it was a sizzling success!🔥
We couldn’t have asked for better weather, a better crowd, or better food! Residents, families, friends, and staff enjoyed delicious pulled pork with all the fixin’s, sweet s’mores sponsored by Springfield Clinic Home Health, and live music from the amazing Tracy D. Osborne!

Alberta, a resident at Eagle Ridge of Decatur, is 102 years young. She has been a resident at Eagle Ridge since July of 2018.

She lives life to the fullest by participating in activities, visiting with friends throughout the community, singing, dancing and sharing her beautiful smile and sweet spirit everywhere she goes! This video of her is the epitome of her fun and spry personality!
