It's Testimonial Tuesday! There’s nothing better than hearing directly from the people we serve.

Sandra came to The Loft of Decatur for rehab after a hospital stay, and her story says it all — from enjoying the food to regaining her strength and independence.

“Therapy has been excellent… I am back walking and able to complete my activities of daily living.”

Moments like this are why we do what we do. Helping our residents get back on their feet and return to the life they love is always the goal.

When Ronald came to The Loft of Decatur, something as simple as walking with his walker felt out of reach.

He needed more than just care — he needed hope, encouragement, and a team that truly listened.

Day by day, step by step, our therapy team worked alongside him… pushing, supporting, and celebrating every small win along the way.

Happy Employee Appreciation Day! 🎉

Yesterday we celebrated the amazing team that keeps our long-term care family going strong every single day. From the CNAs and nurses to housekeeping, dietary, maintenance, activities, therapy, and everyone behind the scenes — it truly takes a village to make our community feel like home.

Thank you for the laughs you share with residents, the comfort you give on hard days, the extra cups of coffee it takes to get through a shift, and the heart you bring to your work.

We appreciate everything you do to care for our residents and for each other. You make a difference every day, and we are so lucky to have you on our team!
