✨ Continuing Our “Thankful For…” Series: Celebrating Clinical Director Patty Nguyen! ✨

We’re excited to keep highlighting the incredible people who make our team what it is — and today, we’re shining a spotlight on Patty, one of our amazing Clinical Directors. Her dedication, positivity, and leadership show up in everything she does, and her team feels the impact every day.

Here’s what was shared about her:

“I want to take a moment to express my deepest appreciation for Patty Nguyen. She has unwavering dedication, exceptional performance, and consistent drive to go above and beyond. She doesn't just complete tasks—she elevates them. Whether it's staying late to ensure a project’s success, mentoring a colleague, or simply bringing positivity into every room she enters. She creates an environment where excellence thrives and people feel empowered.

Patty's ability to collaborate seamlessly with everyone, regardless of role or background, speaks volumes about her character and leadership. She embodies what it means to be a true team player. Her contributions have made a lasting impact on our culture and our success.

Patty is an invaluable part of this team. We’re better because of her.”
– Lindsey Aberle

We’re so grateful for Patty and everything she brings to our centers each day. Her leadership, passion, and heart truly make a difference, and we couldn’t be more thankful to have her on our team.

🦃 Terrance the Terrified Turkey is on a wild adventure through our Plymouth center! He’s been leaving feathers behind as he tries to avoid becoming Thanksgiving dinner — and our learners are on the hunt to find them. One of our RBTs even made a “real” Terrance so everyone can add the feathers they find!

As a proud Council of Autism Service Providers - CASP member, we're excited to share TheSpectrum.org, a brand-new educational hub designed for families of young children (0–5) who have recently received an autism diagnosis.

This parent-friendly site features real, unscripted conversations from caregivers and clinicians, guidance on what to do after a diagnosis, and clear information on the science and efficacy of ABA therapy. You’ll also find helpful tools like FAQs, questions to ask potential ABA providers, and even an "Ask a BCBA" form for direct access to clinicians.

If you or someone you know is just beginning the autism journey, TheSpectrum.org is a powerful place to start. 💙

TheSpectrum.org features candid conversations among parents, autism service providers, BCBAs and other autism experts. They share personal and professional experiences to help parents make early, critical decisions for their children with autism.

Wow — what an amazing evening! Our Trunk or Treat brought together 45 creative trunks, 17 incredible local businesses, 3 Lighthouse Autism Centers, 2 delicious food trucks, and over 500 smiling visitors! 🍬

The parking lot was packed with laughter, costumes, candy, and community spirit — we even ran out of places to park (the best kind of problem!). 🚗👻

A huge thank you to our local businesses who helped make this event so special:

👉 Biggby Coffee, Little Harts Play Cafe, Porter County Libraries, Portage YMCA, Porter County Health Department, Mechanical Concepts, Erin Valdivia at Shelter Insurance, Waters of Hobart, Donna with Scentsy, Victoricious Prestigue Foundation, Abilities Hair Studio, Accord Chiropractor, Help Me Grow, Ben's Blue Bags, Portage Trustee's Office, Terry's Discount Windows, Tocayos, and The Dogg House

We’re so grateful for everyone who came out to celebrate, volunteer, and spread joy. Nights like this remind us just how strong (and sweet!) our community truly is. 🧡🎃
