In observance of Memorial Day, Vitality Medical will be closed Monday as we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. 🇺🇸

Big update in the weight loss world 👏

The FDA has officially approved a new higher-dose semaglutide option, increasing the maximum weekly dose from 2.4mg up to 7.2mg for appropriate patients.

At Vitality Medical, we stay up to date with the latest evidence-based guidelines and treatment advancements, and we have updated our protocols to reflect these new dosing options.
We now offer semaglutide dosing beyond the previous 2.4mg maximum for qualifying patients under provider supervision.

Not everyone needs higher dosing, but for some patients who have plateaued or need additional appetite and food-noise support, this may provide another option to help continue progress.
As always:
• Dosing is individualized
• Medication management follow-ups are required
• Lifestyle habits still matter
• Safety and tolerability come first

We kindly ask that all appointments be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments or late cancellations will result in a $25 fee.

This helps us serve everyone well, keep wait times low, and make room for patients who need care.

We always extend grace for true emergencies, and Medicaid patients will not be charged in accordance with state regulations.
