Jordyn Russell fought hard and earned 2nd place in Women’s Open Full Power Highest Total—plus hit big PRs with a 305 back squat and 325 deadlift 😤 strong all day!!
Tanesha Swan absolutely dominated—taking 1st place🏅 in Women’s Open Full Power Highest Coefficient AND Women’s Pound-for-Pound Bench 🏆 straight powerhouse performance.
Justin Brownfield showed UP—moving more weight than he has in a long time and making it look so easy 💪 BIG momentum right there.
Proud is an understatement. The work behind the scenes is showing and it paid off 👏🔥

We had an incredible 2026 CrossFit Open at CrossFit Iron Edge! 💪

A total of 38 members officially registered, with even more showing up each week to take on the workouts. The energy, support, and competition throughout the Open was awesome to be a part of.

We’re proud to have 6 athletes advance to the CrossFit Quarterfinals, placing them in the top 25% worldwide in their divisions. Quarterfinals consist of 4 additional tests of fitness taking place Thursday through Monday, where they’ll compete against athletes across the globe.

Moving a giant rig is no small task, but when you have a community like ours, nothing is impossible.
A huge thank you to the army of members who showed up to help us move our new rig. It was amazing to watch you all work together with the same intensity and camaraderie that we see in the gym every day. 3, 2, 1... GO!
This rig holds so many stories, and it means the world to us to be able to bring it to our new home. We can’t wait to make new memories, hit new PRs, and sweat together on this special piece of equipment.
We appreciate you all more than you know!

Three weeks of Friday Night Lights ✔️
The CrossFit Open always brings the energy, but this year was something special. So grateful for everyone who showed up, cheered loud, judged, volunteered, and made our gym feel like home.

A huge thank you to Tony and the Key Team — Tony was truly the brains behind it all, and his love for this community shines through in every detail. What an incredible few weeks bringing us all together ❤️
