November Challenge: 10 Days for a Friend We Lost
(Start between now and November 20 to complete it before December!)
This month hit hard. We lost a friend, a former Club Fitness owner, and an Army Veteran who meant a lot to a lot of people. To honor him, we’re doing something simple but meaningful together.
The challenge:
Accumulate 10 days of 10 minutes of lunges — any style you want.
Forward, reverse, walking, split-lunge holds… whatever works.
Just move with intention and track your total number of lunges over the month.
Bonus challenge: Throw on a weighted vest if you want to crank it up.
This isn’t about perfection. It’s about showing up, remembering someone who served, and checking in on each other. November can be tough — let’s use this as a reminder to stay connected and keep an eye on our people.
