Bilingual Receptionist:

Recepcionista bilingüe:

As a Bilingual Receptionist you will be the smiling face to represent the practice by greeting all patients and guests who walk through our doors.

conducts self with professionalism and in a tactful manner.

Treating patients and others with respect and consideration.

Answering/ screening/ and forwarding incoming phone calls.

Rescheduling/scheduling/and maintaining an updated appointment Schedule.

Checking patients in as they arrive and checking patients out as they are discharged.

Inputing insurance and patient information accurately.

Collecting accurate copays, and time of service money.

Fluently Interpretating Spanish (medical terminology a plus).

Scanning documents into an EMR system (Athena) to include but not limited to: medical records, labs, and imaging reports.

Retrieving completed new patient packets.

Identifying patients by name and date of birth.

Knowledge of HIPPA.

Experience with Scanning/ faxing / copying documents.

Ensuring reception and lobby area is tidy and presentable.

Giving patients directions, information about the practice, and assisting patients to the best of their ability.

Consistently arriving to work on time.

Being a team player, and assisting where help is needed.

**Job description may require other duties as assigned.
