Protein to fuel the body.
Water to support the system.
A little something sweet so the brain doesn’t feel deprived.
That’s how sustainable health works.
Not extremes.
Not punishment.
Structure.
As a nurse, a mom, and an accountability coach, I’m not interested in fake perfection.
I’m interested in habits that actually work in real life.
Even on busy days.
Even between patients.
Even when the sweet tooth taps you on the shoulder.
