Over the years, we've had the privilege of working with hundreds of residents living with dementia—and it has opened our eyes in ways we never could have imagined. This disease is heartbreaking, and we urgently need a cure.

The Walk to End Alzheimer’s is an incredible event that brings us one step closer to that goal by raising crucial funds for research, care, and support. We had the privilege of hosting the CICN Monthly Networking Meeting today at The Carriages of Decatur! It was such a pleasure seeing familiar faces, meeting new ones, and learning more about the incredible local businesses in our community.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the day so special—and an extra thank you to Olive Garden of Decatur for providing the delicious catered lunch. We truly appreciate your support!

A huge thank you to (Chelsea’s amazing cousin) Jim Wilkerson, President of the James Millikin Homestead, for sharing the rich history of the James & Anna Millikin Homestead with us during our outing today! We had a wonderful time learning about such an important piece of our local heritage. We will be talking about this for a long time to come!
