Decatur community, we just have to share the incredible kindness of Cindy from The Party Shop! 🎈 Cindy has started a wonderful program to brighten the lives of local seniors by providing every resident with a bouquet of colorful balloons—and for December, she chose us at The Carriages of Decatur!
