First postpartum workout ✔️ and feeling like a new woman! Moving early and often is so important both for physical recovery as well as fighting off postpartum mood disorders. It looks different for everyone, and I always advocate for going by feel rather than strict “do’s and dont’s.” Mine looked like taking care of sore hips and shoulders (with a break to nurse baby in the middle of it all 😂) - how about you? 🫶🏽 - Dr. Moe
