💙 It's Healthy Aging Month!
We believe aging with strength and dignity begins with the little habits that nurture body, mind and heart.

Here are 3 wellness tips to keep in mind:
1. Stay hydrated, aim for 6–8 cups of water each day.
2. Keep moving, gentle exercises like walking, stretching or light strength training make a big difference.
3. Stay socially connected, laughter, conversation and companionship are just as vital as physical health.

Together, these daily practices support healthy aging and remind us that well-being grows with heart.
