One food choice doesn’t shape your entire day or your entire journey. What matters most is how you speak to yourself afterward.
Practicing self-compassion is like offering kindness to yourself. It’s pausing to say, “I made a choice, and that’s okay. I can still choose differently next time.” It’s letting go of perfection and focusing on progress.
As a Nutritional Practitioner, I also have days where my choices don't always align with the way of eating I know is best for me. So, if your food choices don't go exactly as planned, take a breath. You’re still moving forward.
