Well we are super busy here at Adore this time a year sooooo, I’m behind on Wellness Wednesday !! Our winner of our salt cabin session giveaway was Melanie Brown!!! • 1 cup unsweetened coconut water (hydration + electrolytes)
• 1 cup fresh spinach (chlorophyll, iron → healthy blood flow to scalp)
• ½ cup pineapple (digestive enzymes → reduces inflammation & puffiness)
• ½ ripe banana (potassium for hydration balance)
• 1 Tbsp chia seeds or flax seeds (Omega-3 for hair follicle nourishment)
• ½ Tbsp spirulina (powerhouse for skin repair + hair growth)
• 1 scoop collagen powder (optional but amazing for skin elasticity)
• Juice of ½ lemon (brightens skin + boosts detox pathways)

WELLNESS WEDNESDAY = GIVE BACK AND SPREAD LOVE 💕
We have created a program to give back to people in our community and organization that lack funds for wellness and problematic skin problems. All funds are used to educate or care for teenagers, womans shelters, etc.
It’s hard to pause and reflect on how much anxiety and depression stems from a child or an adult with severe acne, roascia and so on that have no means sometimes for even a face cleanser.
We created these fun and insiring shirts that just adds to kindness thru your day! ♥️
