Hi David,

At RootsTech a few days ago, FamilySearch announced a new feature that I cannot stop thinking about (maybe “geeking out about” is a better term…): their Full Text search.

I spoke about this in my recent Facebook and YouTube livestreams, but in a very brief description - you can now search all text in some FamilySearch collections - which will be a game changer for our genealogy research.

Imagine being able to find references to your ancestor in wills and deeds, even if they aren’t listed in the index! This is something that we’ve never been able to do without reading every page of countless records in the courthouse.
