This week, we’re proud to join communities nationwide in celebrating National Health Center Week!

With nearly 1,500 Community Health Centers serving more than 32.5 million patients in almost 16,000 communities each year, this week reminds us of the care, compassion, and commitment that power our work.

A huge thank you to our amazing Master Gardeners for the beautiful work they’ve done in the Crossing Healthcare Garden this season! From prepping the beds in early spring to the vibrant bounty we’re harvesting now, their dedication has truly brought our Prescription Produce Program to life.
