✨ Tonight – Friday with Lori
🧘♀️ 5:15pm | Hatha for All Levels
Hatha Yoga is a slow-moving practice with longer holds that build strength, increase range of motion, and connect mind, body, and breath. This week’s class will focus on cultivating a calm body and mind, with 30 minutes of gentle movement followed by breathwork (pranayama) and Yoga Nidra for deep rest.

🧘 6:30pm | Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra
Melt into stillness with long-held poses that release tension in the connective tissues. Class closes with Yoga Nidra—a guided meditation for deep relaxation and inner peace.

Come relax as you are guided through a Reiki infused meditative journey to release what no longer serves you. Join us as we release anything weighing you down with a fire ceremony after the meditation. You'll leave feeling balanced, energized and renewed.
