After a decade of classes, it is time to close the doors!

No matter if you’ve taken one class at the studio or thousands, thank you! I am forever grateful for your energy, your trust, and your presence over the years. Thank you for showing up for yourself and for one another.
Although it is with sadness that I announce the studio closure, it is also with hope for all that is possible as I move in a new direction and step into the next chapter of life.

I know what the studio and our community mean to so many. It has helped many of us through the most difficult times of our lives. It has been a safe space to show up and do the work…. to move, to breathe, to be curious, to sweat, to rest, to contemplate, to connect, and to heal.
Decatur Downdog was birthed from the most difficult time of my life and became a place of healing and personal growth for many… especially myself.
It has been one of the greatest blessings of my life.
