Some of the best conversations of my life have happened in the space of the studio.
✨
wisdom and insight are often shared with one another after practice.
It’s the alchemy of yoga...the breath, the movement, self examination, meditation and prayer.
After class, your mind, body, and heart are more open.
after class, I have connected deeply with so many.
They share. I share.
And in doing so we connect.
Connection creates safety and healing for so many.
It is one of the greatest gifts as humans and a need we all share.
Some of the best relationships of my life have developed through conversations after class in the studio entry.

Monday yin includes the Yoga Nidra guided body relaxation meditation. It’s a lovely treat! It’s what everyone could use to decompress and relax. Yin is on the floor and supports rest and relaxation.
✨
Thursday HOT DD set. It feels so good for me to lead this after a long day at work, so let’s do it again. I sleep so well after this and maybe you will too! It’s classic yoga poses in a heated room which helps with flexibility and detox.

Catch Thursday classes while you can. In June, Thursday downtown music starts and that’s where I will be 🎸🥁🎤
