Stride Ahead, Inc. in Decatur, GA, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Therapeutic Riding Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in horseback riding, experience working
with individuals with physical, emotional, and developmental disabilities, and a passion for helping others achieve personal growth and healing through equine-assisted therapy.
As a Therapeutic Riding Instructor, you will provide safe, engaging, and tailored riding sessions to clients of
all ages. You will be responsible for adapting your teaching approach to meet the unique needs of each
rider, ensuring a positive and supportive environment. You will also work closely with volunteers to deliver
