Happy Wednesday Everyone!!! Because of an anticipated crazy last couple weeks of summer in the Munson household, I am going to end exercise classes after tomorrow morning's class. It was great having you all back in the basement studio!!!!

We will see what fall brings!!

Good Morning!!! Tomorrow we start classes!! Get excited to move :-) Remember to bring your 3/5lb wts (I have a few pairs of 3lbs if you need), water bottle, and mat.
Class times are 7am and 5:30pm. Come in through the garage and then left down the stairs!! Can. Not. Wait. to have you back, moving, and laughing!!!

Ladies!!! June 2 starts a new chapter at StepF.I.T. (Faith in Training). I will be beginning exercise classes at my home studio on a DONATION basis. Classes will be lower weights, body strength, and stretch oriented. No Burpees....EVER!! All you need are some 3/5lb weights, a mat (if you want), and a water bottle.
Times: M and Th....7am and 5:30pm

As before....you come in through the garage and then down the stairs. No signing up needed. We will go with the flow!!

Can not wait to see the StepF.I.T. Peeps and grow in our faith in Jesus together!!!
