Instinctive Bodyworks is a therapeutic massage practice founded on the belief that we can stimulate the body's instinctive healing abilities to restore wellness and balance for optimal physical performance. It requires manipulation of the soft tissue structures of the body -- the muscles -- to alleviate pain, discomfort, muscle spasms and stress. When combined with bodywork, which involves touch techniques such as movement and re-patterning to affect structural changes to the body, overall health, wellness and prevention is achieved.
