Dr. John (as he is called by his patients) and I do more than the actual "hands on" work with patients. We seek to develop a long term relationship with people to support them in making positive changes in their lifestyle where they desire. We feel that learning the skills and gaining the cognitive information to make appropriate incremental changes is the most important element of improving health and creating balance in people's lives. The benefits of Therapeutic Massage, Mindfulness Meditation and Chiropractic care become an essential resource in this process, providing relief of acute musculoskeletal episodes as well as helping people make changes to alleviate stress and relieve pain caused by chronic symptoms. Right along with the realizations of body positions or repetitive stresses comes the counterpoint of the emotional often overlaying and creating holding patterns eventually promoting ill health, pain etc. Next we often hear of the changes in the way patients relate to their past stressors or people with growing awareness, lives change with ease and we get to watch health restoring vitality and purpose.

Music Matters Entertainment is honored to be one of the sponsors for Nurturing Presence, a retreat benefiting BeLoved Asheville and MANNA FoodBank on Saturday, February 1, 2025, at First Existentialist Congregation, 470 Candler Park Drive, Atlanta, GA. After the day's activities, there will be dinner and live music by the Yes MA'AM Family Band . There will also be a raffle and auction.
