Catherine Moon at East Atlanta Counseling

Catherine Moon at East Atlanta Counseling DBT and EMDR therapy for individuals and groups in an accepting, safe environment. http://cmoonlullwater.wixsite.com/catmoontherapy

Are you looking for someone you can trust who will hold a safe space for your pain? My warmth, authenticity, and enthusiasm for my clients enables them to feel cared for and creates a strong therapeutic alliance. Through working together, my clients learn to be more accepting of themselves so that they can then make lasting changes in their lives. I am intensively trained by Behavioral Tech in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and by the EMDR Institute in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). DBT provides acceptance of yourself while learning mindfulness and coping skills to end unhealthy habits. EMDR therapy for trauma processing helps to let go of painful experiences that create current symptoms. Contact me if you are interested in setting up a consultation session to see if we would be a good fit.

This conflict is at the core of what I see so often for many of my clients. Listen and see what you think.
