Patricia M. Jackson serves as a Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer at both Graceland/Fairlawn and Moran and Goebel Funeral Homes. Since joining the team in March 2025, she has overseen every detail of the funeral process with professionalism, care, and respect. From the first meeting to the final tribute, Patricia ensures each family feels supported and every service reflects their loved one’s legacy.Her passion for this work is rooted in a strong family legacy.

Inspired by her grandfather, Donald S. Smith, a veteran who worked at the Cook County Morgue, Patricia was drawn to the values he embodied: integrity, compassion, and service. His example planted the seed for a career dedicated to helping families through life’s most challenging moments.

Outside of work, Patricia finds balance through self-care and meaningful connections. She enjoys the gym, traveling to Texas to visit her children, and spending time in nature. Horses, music, and reading are among the passions that help her recharge and stay centered.

What Patricia values most about Graceland Fairlawn is the authentic sense of unity among the team. Working with people who lead with compassion, put families first, and embrace innovation makes every day rewarding.
