Did you know your mental health has a profound impact on physical recovery? This , we're focusing on the powerful mind-body connection! When you're recovering from an injury, anxiety and stress can actually amplify pain signals and slow down healing. That's why our approach to nonsurgical orthopedic rehab goes beyond just muscles and joints - we treat the whole person.

For a beginner, an ideal starting point for a plank is 20 to 30 seconds, holding the position for a total of three sets with short breaks in between. The main goal is to maintain proper form with a straight, neutral spine and engaged core muscles; if you can hold the plank for this duration with good form, you are doing well.
