👉 Turmeric is an Indian spice found in curries, that gives mustard its bright yellow color. Curcumin, the active ingredient in turmeric, has been shown to have many
health benefits.

Good to know:

✔️ Curcumin makes cancer cells more vulnerable to chemo and radiation.
✔️Curcumin has anti inflammatory properties, making it valuable in treating arthritis. Patients taking curcumin for arthritis were able to lower their dosage of arthritic medicines by 63%.
✔️Curcumin has anti-viral, anti-bacterial, and anti-fungal activity when taken on a regular basis.
